(*) Teams recordings - include associated personal data - are retained for 60 days from the date of creation by default. Users have the option to modify this retention period as required, up to a maximum of seven (7) years based on the last modification date, provided that a specific and documented business purpose exists for retaining the data for that duration.
Microsoft Teams is not intended to store or record sensitive personal data (social numbers, passport number, personal bank account number, credit card number, health and medical records, logging credentials and passwords, etc.), and such information should be restricted from sharing. If storing is unavoidable, we ensure that Autoliv applies appropriate measures, such as restricted access and data encryption.

We do not otherwise reveal your data to non-Autoliv persons or businesses for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (3) the information is provided to our agents, vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf; (4) to address emergencies or acts of God; or (5) to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf.
