This included setting expanded company-wide inclusion targets and processes to reach our ambition of embracing inclusive ways of working.

Respect First: Boosting Employee Satisfaction

More than anything else, our employees’ satisfaction is affected by the degree to which they feel respected in the organization. Other attributes like a creative environment, leaders who support development, team-oriented work and compensation also play important roles, but the most important factor is respect.
