Corporate insiders - meaning a company's officers and directors with potential access to non-public information about the company.

When corporate insiders in Autoliv buy and sell stock in Autoliv, they have a reporting duty and must report their trades to Finansinspektionen (FI) in Sweden and the SEC in the U.S. Both of them maintain a public register of senior executives in listed companies.
