Mr. Dumont joined Autoliv in 1998 and has held several leadership roles during his tenure. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Autoliv China from July 2018 to September 2024. Before that, he held various roles in China Operations such as Vice President of Operations for Airbag, Textile, Inflator and Steering Wheels from March 2012 to July 2018.

Mr. Dumont received his Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Shanghai.
