Autoliv receives Daimler’s Supplier Award 2009 in the “Interior” category for its “development expertise and highly constructive cooperation with Daimler AG”. The Award is an acknowledgment of Autoliv as “technological pioneers in occupants protection systems, driving assistance systems and active safety systems”.

Peter Koppe, Vice President Global Business Unit Daimler, received the award on behalf of Autoliv. “We are very honored to receive this award from Daimler and we would like to thank Daimler for recognizing the contributions that our employees make towards its success” said Mr. Koppe.

Daimler's supplier network foundation is based on four pillars: Quality, technology creativity, cost and supply and Autoliv is committed to top performance in these areas. In addition to these pillars, there are now three more categories added Daimler’s valuation of suppliers: Fairness, reliability and trust.
