(Stockholm, February 23, 2007) – According to an announcement from the Nominating Committee of Volvo AB Mr. Lars Westerberg will retire as Chief Executive Officer of Autoliv Inc. to become Chairman of Autoliv Inc.
No such decision has been made by the Board of Directors of Autoliv Inc.
The content of the announcement from Volvo’s nomination committee was not known to Autoliv.
