| Autoliv's Annual Report Available |

(Stockholm, February 23, 2007) – Autoliv (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) today filed its Form 10-K which includes the Company’s 2006 annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The documents are now available electronically at Autoliv’s corporate website www.autoliv.com, “Filings” under the section “Investors” and from www.sec.gov.
Hard copies will be mailed – together with the Proxy Statement and Proxy Card – to all eligible Autoliv shareholders around March 20 for the Shareholders Meeting, which will be held on May 3 in Chicago. Hard copies could also be obtained free of charge from the Company, using the address below. Shareholders of record as of March 6, 2007 will be entitled to vote at the Meeting and will receive the documents automatically.
The Swedish version of the Annual Report 2006 will also be available around March 20, 2007.
