Autoliv’s Annual Report Available
 

(Stockholm, February 26, 2008) – – – Autoliv (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Form 10-K which includes the Company’s 2007 annual report. The documents are now available electronically at Autoliv’s corporate website www.autoliv.com, under the section “Investors/ Filings” and “Investors/Financial Reports”, respectively. The 10-K is available also at the SEC Edgar website www.sec.gov.

Autoliv plans to utilize the Notice and Access guidelines as outlined by the SEC for the distribution of the 2007 Proxy Materials. It is the shareholders on record on March 7, 2008, who will be entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting which will be held on May 6, 2008 in Chicago.

Those shareholders will receive a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials by regular mail no later than March 28, 2008. This notice will include instructions on how to access the Proxy Materials electronically to vote on-line or receive hard copies of the Proxy Materials to vote by regular mail.

General inquiries for hard copies of the 10-K and annual report can be requested on-line at the company website anytime, for distribution after March 25, 2008.
