Our core values and leadership behaviors set the standard for how we will ultimately lead the company toward our vision.
Leadership Behaviors

Autoliv Leadership Development (ALD) is the framework that brings all the development programs and activities together that the company uses to develop its leaders at all levels. The framework ensures that leadership development is underpinned by the Corporate Vision, Mission, Values and Strategies. These strong links ensure that leadership development activities contribute to the achievement of the corporate business goals.

The ALD framework utilizes five Leadership Behaviors that clearly define the behavior expected of Autoliv Leaders and which set a standard for all Autoliv employees. The leadership behaviors are focusing on ensuring that Autoliv has the leaders required to create long term sustainability in an ever-changing world. Leaders who exhibit these behaviors will be well equipped to manage globally across cultures and international boundaries.

An important aspect of the ALD framework is the concept of the "ideal leader". It outlines what leaders in our company should aspire to become and what they should be attempting for to become great leaders.
