Management has an authorization to buyback up to 37.5 million Autoliv shares. At December 31, 2007, 6.9 million shares of the authorization remained to be utilized.

Shareholders
Autoliv estimates that approximately 80% of the shares in the Company are held in the U.S. and 5% in Sweden. Most of the remaining shares are held in the U.K. The number of shareholders is estimated to exceed 70,000.
