Working with HR Management in China is a great challenge. It means that you continuously have to improve self learning and development and that you gain more experience and in that way widen your career opportunities. What is a proper background for an HR Manager position? You need professional HR knowledge of staffing, performance evaluation and compensation and benefits. Some knowledge about finance, psychology, legal issues and general management is also required. What different skills are needed in your function? Communication, integration, and leadership skills are most important. What do you enjoy most about your work at Autoliv?
